S1 is Solid Silicon's first server and workstation OpenPOWER CPU (POWER ISA v3.1). It uses PCIe Gen 5[1].

The S1 was removed from Solid Silicon's website sometime after 2025 Feb 9[2]. The reasons for removal are unknown.
