Torque specifications for CPU retention base plate?

The Base Plate/CPU Retention cautions against tightening retention screws too tightly or leaving them too loose. What are the manufacturing torque specification for these fasteners? --JSharp (talk) 00:08, 10 May 2018 (CDT)
