Gitea official binaries for ppc64le are not yet available; xgo PR #111 appears to be the main blocker. CrazyMax's fork of xgo has ppc64le support as of 2020 Nov 8.
However, Void Linux for Power Architecture packages Gitea for ppc64le, and it works fine.
