Hardware compatibility tables
I realise the confusion is somewhat brief, but in the Memory list, having the information about the module itself be right next to information about the board it is compatible with is confusing. At a glance, this makes it sound like the memory module itself has a Power CPU. Having a Yes/No table with columns for the platform would work, but it's not future-proof as you can't just keep adding more and more columns for each CPU and board combo. - My suggestion would be to move the HCL onto a dedicated page for the Talos II, something like Talos_II_HCL, then link to it from the "generic" HCL page that might have data for other systems in the future. Once that's done, just remove the CPU and mainboard columns, or perhaps replace them with stepping (in this case, testing was DD2.1). TimothyPearson (talk) 13:58, 25 January 2018 (CST)
- Move to "Talos II/", although I don't see the same kind of subfolder effect as I got on my user pages. Ex: User:Torpcoms/Timemark/POWER9 - Torpcoms (talk) 00:36, 27 January 2018 (CST)
